SPOTTED! 2nd gen 4runner - katy TX
Spotted a green 2nd gen 4runner in katy tx. You were pulling it behind a motor home down mason rd in katy Texas. Truck was lifted and had a aftermarket rear bumper with tire carrier. If you see this please contact me as I have a serious inquiry about the rear bumper.

Yes that's me, but its a 3rd gen. CBI rear bumper, very solid.
