I don't know how I've missed this thread this long. Anywho. Put me down for Oak Harbor, Washington.
Some Navy commands have a program called "Safe Ride Home". It's along the same lines as this but is used when someone has been drinking and shouldn't drive. Same deal, good folks just volunteer to help.

Yeah mainly just offroad help or broken down and need assistance help, but I can always add to it. I figure the mod help etc can be dealt with in their respective sub-forums since it's not an immediate need. Recently we've seen a few threads pop up saying "I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and I don't have any resources/don't know what to do and the towing company won't come get me" and members responding "damn I wish I would have seen this sooner or had I been notified, I could have been there quick." So hopefully if someone is in a bind, they can reference this thread or send me a PM and I can promptly give them a phone number of the nearest person. I have my laptop practically everywhere I go except on offroad trips, so I'm able to give a quick response.
Hopefully we can make this a sticky once we get a real good list going.

In between Tampa - Sarasota FL
If you stuck in the Gulf I have a tow setup for boats too. I am usually out there most Weekends fishing.

That is what Google is for. This thread is for when you are stuck on a mountain, you have hiked 15 miles out of the bush just to get a shaky 3G signal, none of the wrecker places want anything to do with you for less than 4 figures, CASH, and you need someone to run a difficult trail to winch you out of some hole. That. is. what. this. thread. is. for.
Should probably put me down for Moab and Ouray area too, as I am in these places every weekend, but with the traffic these places see, you really shouldn't need help unless you are on some really remote area.

I'm certain most of the people on the list would be happy to at least lend advice. I know I always open up my shop to any t4r members in need. Superman3043 is always willing to help out as well.
