That's the rear entertainment system. The 4R came with a pair of wireless headphones that your kids could listen to a separate radio station on.
Mine has it to but it's worthless since I replaced the JBL.
I suppose it would display the radio station and stuff if you used the remote to turn the thing on. Let me know if you need a remote
I have one but no headphones.
