Is there any way to see it with the TRD supercharger?
I want them to reinforce (explain why it's amazing) the Body on Frame design it has and why that is so important. I like Toyota's dedication to it.
Show the vast amounts of modifications it has on the market.

Hey dudes,
I'll try to check in here to respond as often as I can. Hit me up with anything you'd really want to see or post it on this page: https://plus.google.com/u/0/events/c...gt6c50d7aj1tas

- We're filming it just outside of LA, not sure where yet. Terrain will be determined by what you guys want to see it do.

- At least we kept it a body-on-frame.
Post what you'd want the 2014 to do that you think only a 1st and 2nd Gen can do. Then we'll try to prove you wrong. How would you put it through its paces?

- We're driving a stock 2014 Trail Edition. However, I'll see if we can't get our Toyota guy to talk about modding options and TRD packages. If you guys have specific modding questions, submit 'em and I'll push for answers. Here's a taste of Body-On-Frame: Body-on-Frame: Toyota 4Runner 2014 We'll go further into detail in the Hangout

- I'll post the final video here, no search engine plus required.
If you want to submit questions live, you can do it on Twitter with #KeepItWildHangout or in the comments of the live-streaming YouTube video posted on this event page: https://plus.google.com/u/0/events/c...gt6c50d7aj1tas

Okay I accept the challenge!
1. It has to be a "Daily Driver". That is they have to drive it to and from the wheeling areas.
2. The topography should be varied (like it is for the majority of us). Such as - mud, rocks, steep inclines, and water - DEEP water. Snow would be even better covering all the hazards!
3. They have to be able to repair whatever breaks while on the trail. Help from fellow 4Runner drivers is allowed in this case. We stick together!
4. Lastly - did I mention they have to drive it home? Just like 99 percent of us do.
Believe it or not I have driven all the above, and still drove my 4Runner there, and home again. Let's see them do that.
Come on 4Runner community - let's throw the whole world at these guys!

I would like to see it going through some higher speed desert terrain (like the raptor from one of the first Top Gear America episodes). I compete in S.C.O.R.E and B.I.T.D along with a few other desert racing sanctions so this is where my heart lies. Heck, I would love to see it go head to head with a limited class (like my class 16) desert race vehicle. Obviously it isnt going to to be able to keep up through most terrain but it would be a great show to see just how well it does against a 1700# 100hp buggy with 15-16" of suspension travel. haha. I will gladly offer my time and buggy to make this happen Ill even tow it with my 3rd gen just to keep the 4runner involved. lol

Pretty sure I've done all that in my plastic-wrapped mall crawler that I drive to and from work every day.

It's a stock 2014 Trail, no mods. I'm working on getting the wildest terrain we can find, including a water-fording demo, so bring on the questions and requests boys. https://plus.google.com/events/cv0ch...gt6c50d7aj1tas

Awesome idea! Depending on where we end up broadcasting from, I'll run it up the chain. Might be at a dirt racecourse, so we'll see if I can invite forum members to watch from the sidelines. I'll do my best, but no promises. I'm not our legal department.

^This. It would be awesome to watch live. May I suggest Azusa Canyon? It's just east of L.A., has rocks, mud, sand, and water crossings. Top Gear just recently shot an episode there. Adam rolled a brand new Dodge Ram! Just ask Rutledge...
Please! We promise to behave ourselves. Besides its the 30th anniversary of the 4Runner!

It's on our list of possible places Quatre Coureur, thanks for the suggestion. It all depends on where we can get an solid Internet feed. I'll keep you guys posted.
