Is it a must to run spacers w/ 285/75/16 Duratracs w/ Ultimate lift and stock wheels?

just like the title states, I'm putting my ultimate kit on in the next couple weeks and i want to run 285/75/16s and was wondering if its a must to run on the stock wheels. thanks

I can't speak for 16" wheels, but I'm running 285/70/17 with my Ultimate. I had some rubbing at the pinch weld, and along the frame rail at full lock. It was also REALLY close at the UCAs. I ran Spidertrax 1.25" spacers, but that caused the rubbing near the pinch weld area to be pretty drastic (even after hammering the welds down). I took off the Spidertrax and now I run a 5mm spacer, I still maverick some mild rubbing, but nothing too bad.

Maverick??? Nothing like autocorrect to make you sound completely nonsensical! That was supposed to say, "I still HAVE SOME mild rubbing".
