switch bezel (hole socket) for additional switch

Hi guys!

I dont drive a 4Runner, but I write to you, because here in the board are so much of versed tinkers - may you can help me.

I am driving a 2000 Toyota Celica and want to install heated seats, in OEM style.
The OEM heated seats have the switch here (2005 Celicas with 2ZZ-GE Engine):

The non heated seat models dont have a hole there:

So I am searching for the bezel of the switch:

Toyota hasn´t listed this bezel as a single part. So i dont have a number to compare it with other Toyotas, to order it.

I searched the internet for a few hours and found a similar bezel on an japanese site, but the japanese guy made the part number unrecognizable:

http://modetourer.blog55.fc2.com/category7-11.html

My question is, does anybody have an idea, in which Toyota I can found such a frame / bezel? The format of the switch is compatible to a lot of other Toyota switches (even the 4Runner).

I will be very happy, if anybody can help me with my special problem.

Kind regards from Germany,
Ben

This is as close as I've seen to what you are looking for. Unfortunately, it's the entire switch, rather than just the bezel...

Hi cdale!

I think, it is a bit misunderstanding.

The switch, as one unit is snapped into my needed bezel:
