Loud noise after 100K miles

My 4th gen SR5 just passed 100K and it's becoming louder and louder esp. when it's over 60mph. I changed the trans oil, engine oil and spark plug etc. The noise level is not significantly reduced. What else do I need to look/lubricate/upgrade?

Thanks in advance.

Well...

Is the sound coming from the front? The middle? Or the back?

One thing that makes older Toyota's MUCH louder is that the fan clutch will start to go and basically be engaged all the time. The "engine" sounds a lot louder when that fan is blowing constantly. Though that would normally be reserved for a vehicle with more like 250k on it :/

But uh, you'll need to isolate the noise location a little bit more as a first step

The hamsters powering your truck are screaming to be replaced.
They're only good for 100k.
