Keep it. Buy a 5th gen, buy a Subaru, and buy a Tesla. Other than that pay off student loans, pay off parents and in-laws mortgages. Thats all she wrote. Maybe build a new house. Nothing too fancy, would probably pay more for a piece of land than just build a nice house. . .1 million all in on house and property. The rest would just put in investments and live off interest and set up a trust for everyone else.

make sure it's never lonely by getting it a friend -- LC200, then deck that out.

How about build a SAS 5th gen. I haven't seen one of those yet. Would be fun to beat the crap out of something new just because i can. That and a trailer queen 5th gen would be cool i think.

I'm going to start up a 4Runner only dealership. Used and new. I'll buy all the 4Runners I can to build up inventory. I'll also fly anyone from anywhere to come buy one, or I'll ship a few to their house to test. There's no way in hell it will be profitable, but it will be very cool!

Give 10% to Jesus, put a supercharger in the d*** 5th gen so everyone would just shut up about it. , pay off everything. Quit teaching, build wife her dream dance studio, buy and build a brand new rally car that's street legal and build a turbo Honda mini van for the wife. Buy about 40 acres and build a nice house start a self sustaining farm. Live off the land and have my own off road trails built to challenge enthusiasts. Then put 500 million away from the rest of my families life. There's so much you can do to help so many people with a billion $

Get it detailed and find us a new mountain home above 5000'.
Have my DW take me to the Ferrari dealership in Palm Springs. Lease the top floor at the Ritz and ask her to order in until the new car arrives.

After I get over the initial shock, I would buy a waterfront mansion on Lake Tahoe(Nevada side), a beachfront mansion on Kauai, and a penthouse in NYC overlooking Central Park. Then a Tuscan villa or a place on the Côte d'Azur. After all that a few warehouses to store all the classic cars I'd be buying.
To start with...

Buy it some new tires and then drive to CA, more specifically Hefner's mansion and say "yep, here is a cool $200 million for the house and the bunnies" knowing that no impact hammer could knock the 24/7/365 smile off my face.

Full-on restoration with very minor upgrades. Probably buy a few other 3rd gens and some other vehicles I want(too long to list).
The rest of the money? Ever seen Dan Bilzerian's instagram? That.
