Help for a VIN check

Located a cool land cruiser. Thinking about checking it out. 1998 with FR and RR diff locks 165 K miles and salvage title for $5000.

This is the TIS info, you at least know it was in Texas for some time. That is the only service record I see done at a Toyota dealership.

I dont unfortunately, I only have to TIS which gives me service information and the build sheet, hopefully somone can run a Carfax for you.

Is it a typo? Do I see correctly that it's a 2WD - in the upper left hand corner??
