A name for my black 2016 SR5 Premium
It's interesting that some vehicles command a name. For mine, it is "Dunkan", which means "Dark One". I made a greeting graphic which displays this as my home screen on the Entune system.

Hello! I followed this thread to do mine...
4Runner Startup/Display Off Images

Be aware, Everything is case sensitive including the folder names. It took me a couple of times to get it right as I wasn't paying that close attention to the naming conventions.

From what I understand, this works on all the newer Entune systems. This is my first Toyota so I can't claim to be an expert.
When I made the graphic, I even matched the size and dimension requirements. Over all, it took me about an hour to get everything correct and loaded with the loading only being a couple of minutes.
For the graphic itself, I used a program called GIMP to create and size the graphic.

My 85 has earned the name Ol Betsy. She's old,saggy, and slow but she's never let me down and never stops goin.
Even got some oem badging from Toyota and slapped it on the tailgate

I've always found that good vehicle names just happen like good nicknames. When ever I try to come up with one , they just seem contrived.

Because it is super white with all black accents my wife and daughter independently said it looks like a Storm Trooper. Given that we've only had him for two weeks we'll see what sticks but right now it has three names in the running; Stormy, Storm Trooper, and The River Fisher, of course. Then again, the way I've been treating it so far, maybe I should call it MY PRECIOUS!

Betty
Kid named our “New” 2000 SR5 Betty after Betty White, old Grey and wont die. She just keeps on ticking over. I think it’s a great name.

I do not name my vehicles, never have, and never will; however, my wife does name vehicles and she calls our Barcelona Red 4Runner Clifford.
