Starting out small with mods to the vehicle and events - need a Warn and Shrockworks patch.

May I ask why are you guys collecting these? Does it represents how many places you've been traveled? Thanks

Ah hah! I made my own Warn patch with some velcro tape.

Now I need a Shrockworks patch...

It's all about personalization. I create a custom patch for each off road trip I take so it's a sort of living catalog of where I've been. And scattered among that are all the hilarious patches. Among my favorite is the ticket to pound town, orgasm donor, and muff divers Union. It's addicting once you start seeing the super funny or vulgar ones. (I also think a lot of it is a military thing but I can't vouch for that personally.)

Depends on the person. I have a fairly large collection of ones that I traded with other soldiers overseas on training events or bought at Haji shops, and a lot are from units that I was assigned to or events that I partook in. Lots of people just like them for decoration or because they see everyone else doing it hah.

My daughter likes to collect some too and has them over her spot in the truck, and those consist of National/State parks and other places we've visited. IMO it's a fun hobby I think as long as it's representative of something you've actually accomplished.

Planning on getting probably a hundred more on our upcoming coast to coast trip!

Caught the fever!

This is a great hobby. We get a Texas state park pass every year and its been difficult to get my teens to join us on your trips. When i mentioned that we should get patches for each park we visit they have been motivated to join us on our trips. Now they want to go to each park and pick up a patch. So our goal is to visit every state park and collect a patch. We are hoping to fill the back seats within a couple of years.

My sticky backed velcro is peeling of on the patches in this summer heat. How do you guys attach the velco to patch?

Any reason to think “iron-ons” can’t be ironed on?
I dont plan on having to resell, so wondered if anyone had ironed them on, seems like it would be pretty permanent.
