Pelfreybilt customer service

So I called Pelfreybilt twice last week (W & R) and emailed them Thursday night and still haven’t heard anything. Not impressed with the customer service so far, which is supposed to be great.

I have a bumper on order from them for my ‘03 V8. Only thing I need to know is if there are specific winches that fit in their bumpers, or more importantly, don’t fit.

If anyone knows the answer I would greatly appreciate it. I have looked on their website and don’t see any info on it for any bumper. I don’t know, maybe any winch will fit but, would like to confirm before I order one.

Thanks in advance.

I've dealt with them in the past over a minor shipping hiccup. It was handled promptly and it was great talking with who I think was the owner. I'd have no second thoughts on buying from them again if/when the need arises. As previously stated, might be just catching up due to the holiday.

Yup...Satin is great and has always provided excellent communication and customer service. I order from them whenever I can and I'm even willing to pay a little extra because of my past experiences with them.

I had great customer service when I bombarded them with questions before buying my front bumper.

My only (very minor) complaint was they were unable to help me customize it for my body lift, but they were very helpful in explaining how I could do it myself.

I've reached out to them regarding questions on their bumper and did receive a response, albeit, the response was about a week later and didn't my answer exactly.

Those that own their front bumper for the 4th gens, could you let me know what is the diameter of the fog light opening? I'm looking at getting these lights, flush mount, ....

https://www.rigidindustries.com/led-lighting/212513

and want to make sure that it will completely cover the opening. I'm concerned that the "corners" of the light will not cover the opening leaving a gap.

Just under 3 1/4”.

I have had the same luck with their sales manager. Takes forever to get back with you and doesn’t really answer your question. Frustrating to say the least.

I will be emailing Satin from now on, got back to me in about 30 mins.

I know it’s frustrating but these bumpers are well built and worth the wait! Hopefully now that I have mine painted I can get it installed this weekend.

They are great to deal with, Satin will get back to you if you email her directly or call and leave a message. Have dealt with her with my front and soon to be rear bumper.
