Powdercoat Brake Pistons or Bores?

Has anyone looked into powdercoating or cerkoting their brake caliper pistons or bores to prevent the corrosion that leads to them sticking?

I'm not talking about coating the outside of the caliper (essentially painting them), but the actual caliper piston and bore it moves in?

The two questions to answer:
1. Is powdercoating or cerakote completely resistent to brake fluid?
2. Would the coating interfere with clearances?

Feel like their are some experts here on this.

Thanks!

Any coating inside the bores or on the pistons would cause issues with piston movement during application or rest.

Are you aware of how brakes work? Hydraulics?

Take a look at any hydraulic systems you might have a chance to see. It's not a mistake that the pistons look the way they do. (smooth, shiny, pure steel)

Introducing foreign materials into the system is a good way to setup for failure.

might as well powdercoat the engine pistons while you're at it
