Catalyst emissions test cycle not completing

Did the emissions per FSM, catalyst test still won’t complete. Being fighting p0440 code as well. Coincidence? LTFT averages +7%.

Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Thoughts/suggestions? I’ve resealed air resonanator box, OEM gas cap, replaced multiple vacuum lines and purge valve/gasket on top of fuel tank.

How many drive cycle have you completed? Sometime it takes several drive cycle to get all the monitor to be ready.

Yes it takes a few heat up and warm up cycles for it to set in most cases.

It's been roughly two weeks since I did a battery level ECU reset, 2 full tanks of gas, driven 2-4 times daily...twice a day at the speed/time lvls of the test.

Is it long drives or short? Last time i was having a issue i drove it for 1.5 hours and the monitor set at that point.
