FYI: Impressive experience with PARTSOUQ.COM

I wanted to let you all know that I bought OEM parts from partsouq.com for a 1990 Hilux and 2000 LC and placed the order on the night of 17th. They shipped it out on 18th via FedEx and I received the parts at my home on 21st at 11:23 AM! I am impressed!!! Parts weighed 2.2 Kg (4.84 lb) and shipping was $30 from Dubai UAE to West TX.

Thanks

That's pretty impressive turn around. I've seem them mentioned before and good to see some first hand experience.

I use them constantly. Funny thing is they deliver from UAE to CA in about two days, faster than I can get from Camelback in AZ. And their prices are often half of the other online "discount" places.

Never heard of this site so thanks for the post.

Are we 100% sure these are legitimate Toyota parts? Such a cheap price makes me question where they are sourced.

All the parts I bought from them were always OEM Toyota parts, they're totally legit.

they don't have everything but when they do have it... it's usually a much better price and way faster shipping.

it's sad when I can order from UAE and get it to my door in 3-4 days, order from chicago and it takes 5-7 days.

and 50% price hikes from anybody inside the US.

my biggest fear is somebody is going to read this and somehow shutdown the entire supply chain.

they are the Amazon of Toyota parts

Thanks for this tip! just ordered a new steering shaft assembly from them at half the price of the stealership with shipping included.

Hoping to find that shipping to the east coast is just as quick!

Great experience! I ordered a steering assembly and an oil seal from them Friday, parts were oem and exactly what I ordered, they arrived mid afternoon tuesday... it blow my mind that I can get new parts from the UAE in half the time at half the price of my local dealership.

I also appreciate their interactive parts diagrams, makes finding your exact part a breeze!

Hilux

^^ That is way faster than buying and getting it shipped within the country! Even eBay or Amazon cannot achieve that without paying a staggering amount of money for 2 day shipping.

Yes, they have OEM parts. I've been buying toyota parts all my life as an owner of 92 Corolla, 97 4runner, 2000 LC and my dad's 1990 Hilux Diesel pickup, I can tell whether it is OEM or counterfeit part.

Great Job PARTSOUQ!!

Interesting, i will have to give it a try and get some lower ball joints from the. of course when dealing with LBJs OEM is the best.

Has anyone used partsouq since the start of COVID-19? Did your order take longer than usual to arrive? The site has an update that indicates 3 to 4 days order processing. I wonder if shipping is also impacted.

Bumping an old thread here. Just placed an order on a few parts after having read almost all positive reviews. Will let you know how long shipping takes.

I used FedEx which is the cheapest shipping option. I've reached out to them to see if I can assume faster times for DHL.
