Nooooooo you don’t want that. It will have a metric dashboard which likely won’t fly in any sort of state inspection. Probably some import costs, too.

I'm going to have to assume that you've lived in Oregon your entire life, or at least since you were old enough to purchase vehicles.

You can't buy a car in a tax-free state and then register it in your own state to avoid sales tax. If you buy a vehicle in Oregon and register it in California you'll get charged the sales tax when you go to register it.

Actually they don't care about the dash readout, it's the emissions. People drive world vehicles all the time in the states. Kilometers won't bother a border inspection cause they won't look. They just want the tons of paperwork and an import fee. It's a big hassle and there's no play book to make it plug and play. I have canadian friends who brought their vehicles down and most would not do it again.
