Question Anyone have a lift in their garage at home?

It's impossible to search for this because "lift" comes up in reference to peoples' suspension lifts.

So, who has a lift in their garage? What style? Single post? 2? 4? Scissor? Why did you choose the style you have? Anything you'd do differently?

Single post lifts barely take up any floor space, but I don't know what drawbacks they might have compared to others. Low weight limit? Stability issues?

Anyway, if you have a lift, talk about it a bit.

Subbed for pics.

I always wanted one. My new place has a 10ft garage. I know I won't get much lift considering I'm at 7ft. But would beat the hell out of busting out the jack all the time.

Two post here, eventually will add a four post so I can store one at times. Works well on the runner, probably should have bought a bigger one for the 1/2 ton truck. Depends on what you like to do with it.

We have a Titan 13,000 two-post in the shop and it is lifesaving. It's big, and you'd need 13' ceilings to contain it, but it lifts cars, implements, the like. It's no BendPak or Challenger, so we made sure we went overkill on the weight rating since the Titans aren't made in the US.
