Hey Everyone,

Looking for a recommendation for service writer at Modesto Toyota? Someone who you trust with your truck and understands maintenance of a truck that is actually used.

Thanks

Hank

Gen 3 (2002) Master Cylinder Leaking.

I have a 2002 TRF with 165k. The master cylinder suddenly started leaking out the front of (what I assume is the piston. As you may know the 01-02s have a big unit with the ABS and it's expensive as hell ($1700+ new -- even junkyards are $600+).

This leak has not affected braking performance at all. When it has adequate fluid, no lights come on. The only symptom is a regular but slow leak of fluid.

This is a spare vehicle. Brake fluid is cheap and my driveway already has plenty of oil stains. Am I going to make the problem worse if I just top it off when it gets low? Will it ruin my booster? Should I suck it up and get it fixed.solitaire.onl/ 9apps.ooo/

Thanks.
