DEI is the better manufacturer and has a few company's under there umbrella like Python and Viper...

I prefer there Python brand and they have built in alarms as well as a remote start feature. Some of them are app compatible and can warn you of a break in remotely (2 way) up to a mile away or via app anywhere in the world.

I have an older version of this.

That's what I thought might have been the case. They're getting to appear more like real people, but still do things that throw up red flags.
