Nope. To much fun.

Yeah, this shutdown is really awful. The US economy will be devastated for years, but it should recover faster than the rest of the world. And as you said hopefully this will inspire manufacturers to bring more work back into the US. The govt will probably have to encourage or force this. We do need to be more self sufficient even if it costs more.

Newsom was the first gov to shut down a state and that might have slowed down the infections in CA and saved some lives.
Check out the NY vs CA Covid-19 cases.

I don't blame him for shutting down, but I'm just afraid that he will be slow to reopen.

There are a lot of places still hurting from the fires here that will close for good after this quarantine is over. Tech will do fine, but that doesn't fix our manufacturing deficit.

CA also is really spread out so I don't think most places would go Italy or NYC bad.

After the immediate crisis is over Iíd really like to hear the govt plans of how to reopen and put people back to work. And minimize the chance of a resurgence.

My take on this chart...
Closed incoming flights from china.
Passengers routed to Europe and then New York.
Closed incoming flights from Europe.
... Virus already in NY.
Should have closed all overseas travel the minute the "plandemic" was discovered in china.
