OK that makes sense… I did not try to put any grease in there… That’s why I came here to ask first. I changed out the pads the shims and the pins in the rotors… All new parts I did grease the pins before installing the new ones

The guide pins are on/in the caliper. Should have a rubber boot to make it obvious where it is. You should pull these and make sure it comes out fairly easy. If they don't make sure they aren't beat to hell and you should just be able to regrease them.

Without physically looking at them its hard to troubleshoot over the internet. Guide pins are one if one side is stuck it will apply uneven pressure.
Also I'm not sure but it the 4R dual piston or single. Maybe 1 is not working properly as well. Could be a bunch of stuff.
