I have 20 years experience in the body shop, it should not have been delivered if they couldn't keep the bumper snapped in.

According them, it’s an OEM bumper (which it appears to be), but there are reports of new off the lot 4r’s with the same issue. The problem from me removing it and examining the bumper, is that the injection mold is too thin On the line where they Mold the tabs. When the tabs click into the female coupler on the vehicle, any outward force (like clipping the rest of the tabs in place), causes that flimsy injection molded line to bend, which cause the tabs to lose good contact with the female coupler. If that line was firm, those tabs would be fine.
The real issue is a poorly designed bumper tab system. It’s just not robust enough to hold in that corner unless absolutely perfect.
