Changing automatic transmission fluid ???

I have a 1996 T4R, SR-5, 2 wheel drive, automatic transmission. I just purchased it so I have no history of the vehicle. I just checked the automatic transmission fluid level with the engine cold. (Working on another issue, so I cant drive it just now.)
There are 4 groove marks on the dip stick. My level is about an inch or so ABOVE the highest groove. The fluid appears to be very clean and it does not have any burned smell. Is there any reason for me to change the fluid ? Oh, almost forgot. Mileage is 195 K
Thanks guys.

Changing fluid on a regular basis is a must. Your fluid looks good so it isn't urgent.
