TRD CAI Installation Cutting the wiring harness No More

Perhaps this was mentioned on the forum already but Underdog Racing Development URD now has MAF Extension for people installing a TRD Cold Air Induction, so they do not have to cut up their wiring harness.
When I installed my TRD CAI, I used their MAF extender which was for a Supercharge application. It worked great but was a little to long for my application, so used some zip ties and tucked the extra cable out of sight.
Well now they have a shorter version it would seem to better fit the TRD CAI.
I have to bet there is a bigger market for this one as opposed to the Supercharge version.

URD MAF Sensor Extension Harness for DENSO MAF - Underdog Racing Development

Just thought I would pass this along

You dont have to cut the factory wire harness. The wires are long enough from toyota.

All you need to do is peel some electrical tape, and re route the wire with the MAF plug how you want, put the loom back on and reapply some new electrical tape.

The URD MAF extender is a solution for a problem that does not exist. Its just another way to separate you from your money.

If someone is that worried about $29.99 they probably should have bought a Hybrid Camry instead of a 4Runner. The one I used cost me $35.00 as I said above was a little longer but it simplified and sped up the installation process. But if you like pulling apart wires and taping them back up go for it. That is certainly a very inexpensive but functional option.

Me on the other hand, I prefer just clipping two ends of URD extender in and by pass this process. Thank you very much
