Miss my 4R, buying another one.

I traded my 2011 4R SR5 on a GMC 2500 Duramax HD to better suite my towing needs, I like the GMC but it's a large truck and not the easiest vehicle to manuver
around town. Well I found a clean 2014 SR5 Premium in Metallic red and it has 104k mi on it. Dealer wants $22,900 for it, it is very clean inside and out.
I'm going to trade my 2013 Honda Accord Sport 6 speed manual for it and some cash. The Accord is fun to drive but has zero utility use and of course is no 4R,
Thoughts ??? Vehicle comes with absolutely no warranty but has passed 141 point inspection with new tires and brakes, anything else I should look for ? Dealer wants to sell me the warranty.

The checklist is most likely useless. If it is anything like the CPO checklists, then the lot kid walks around the car, kicks a random tire, then smokes some weed behind the dealership while checking the blocks on the form.

Have a trusted mechanic inspect the car. It'll cost you a hundred dollars or so, and if the selling dealership doesn't agree to allow an independent inspection, then move on.

Thats funny, but prob true ! I'm a former mechanic anyway and still do all my own service, so i'll make them put vehicle on lift and take flashlight along to check everything underneath. I like removing rear diff plug and looking at fluid as well, friend of mine bought a Nissan Pathfinder that was CPO and rear end diff had water in it.

My first t4r has 440k, bought a second one with 73k without hesitation. 104k is barely broken in for a t4r. I would have no problem picking that one up, even if it does require some TLC.

What were the big differences between SR5 and SR5 premium that year?
