Orange Boxx Fabrication SUCKS!
Do not under any circumstances order anything from this company. I ordered a pair of Molle panels 8 weeks ago. After three weeks I called on a Tuesday to check
the status and was told they would be sent on Friday and to not call again and send an email. I waited till the following Wednesday and sent an email. Nothing. Waited till the next Tuesday and sent another email. Nothing. Sent another and another and still no response. I called my CC company and cancelled the payment and low and behold I finally get a response and suddenly my panels are ready to ship. I told them to keep them and explained how poorly they had treated me. The response was again very rude and unprofessional. I will just order them from Rago as they are a legit company.

Not the first time I've heard this with OBoxx. They got off to a pretty rough start here and sounds like things haven't changed much.

This doesn't surprise me. I really wasn't in a hurry for these things but the lack of communication and rudeness was too much. Funny how they were right on it once I had my CC company reverse the charges.

I have the RAGO Molle panels, Roof Rack and some RAGO accessories. They have always done a great job getting the items to me and have been of great quality. Highly recommended.

....And here I was about to pull the trigger on some molle panels. I am also in no rush to receive panels but I guess I am going with Rago!
Thanks for sharing. That's what I love about the forums. And it's these kinds of communities that give company's like Orange Boxx to change their ways (if they give a damn).

If the "blemished" molle panels are still in stock, give them a look. It's a tiny error that you're probably going to cover up with stuff anyway, $50 off, and you don't have to wait for them to make the panels because they're already made.

I'm sold. That's the plan right there. I'll paint em myself.

Having read this forum for a couple of years now, I see why Orange Boxx Fabrication reputation is solidly in the toilet.

Wonder where all the paid shills and instatards went.....
Orangeboxx needs to step up their game and start giving out free shit again.

(bumping all these threads to make sure they are seen by potential customers).
YEP! Business plan appears to be to come up with a cool product idea, then do a hack job of fabbing it and provide crap customer service on top of that. Too bad.

Check out Waco4Runner on Instagram. He makes Molle Panels out of his shop in Waco, TX. His stuff is legit, and cost less than Rago or anyone else.

Alright, so you've bumped a bunch of OrangeBoxx threads now with no context to your issue. Obviously OrangeBoxx has had issues in the past, but maybe some context would help rather than just going on a big smear campaign. To me it just seems like some personal vendetta you have against them rather than an isolated issue. Or just a troll. But, that's just me. I have no skin in this game.
