I think you could download the product sheets for each model year and compare changes in the specs, but this sort of thing would also require knowing which features matter to you. For some, the addition of CarPlay was a huge difference maker; for others, Fox suspension in the TRD Pro made them pull the trigger. And for some there haven't been any changes since the facelift in the 2014 model and it's the same truck going on 13 model years.
