Hummer Returns
https://www.gmc.com/electric-truck/hummer-ev
Never thought about an electric vehicle before, but considering my limited driving these days -under 200 miles a week- I'm starting to wonder how Toyota will respond to this. An electric 4Runner may find an audience if done right.

4Runner Hybrid would be A+ as long as they don't make in an underpowered slug.

Well, if GMC can make a 1000 hp electric Hummer there may be some hope for a 500hp electric 4Runner?

love the looks, but not the powertrain. I'd take it with a duramax/allison though

EV is obviously the future and I'm sure that doesn't escape Toyota's future plans.

If car companies are set on some sort of electric setup, why aren't they using diesel generator/battery like locomotives? Seems like the easiest way to get past the range/charge time argument.

And that will be the only one available in 2021, the rest are for 2022, IIRC. Oh, and the Edition one, which you're talking about, is already sold out.

Expensive, but looks really neat. Won't work if you need a real truck, but for a play truck, really cool. Should be lots of fun too.

I appreciated the looks of the original hummer but then it went downhill. This EV Hummer is actually (gasp) not too bad IMO. And to get 1000 HP, dang.
Mr. Toyota, Please make an EV 4Runner.
