2013 or 2016 Gen 5

I currently have a 97 Gen 3 and love it.
Was looking at a 2013 SR5 with 119K miles vs a 2016 SR5 premium with 143k miles for about the same price. Would you go for the later model year with less miles or the newer model with more miles?
Opinions please. Thanks with this being my 1st T4R Gen 5. Thanks!

Where are you located? Other things being equal, if they were both well cared for, regular maintenance, and not rust, accidents or other issues, I’d go for the 16. It’s kinda high mileage for a 4 year old car, so maybe it was highway miles which may be easier on it, or may be a fleet or other vehicle. 25k probably isn’t gonna make a big difference in how long the truck lasts or make it more likely you’ll have any other issues.

agreed...

at this point, it could just be esthetics. which facia and cabin do you like more...5th gen 1.0 vs 5th gen 2.0.

i have a 2014, first yr of the remodel, after shopping for the 1.0, and i am very glad i have the later model 2.0...it looks better to me on the outside, and on the inside, dash, entune, etc.

mechanically you'll find no difference.

The newer SR5 Premium interior is a night and day difference from the old one.

Definitely don't buy a 4th gen V8. Nothing to see there.
