I Still Cannot See How Crashing a Big SUV Broke so Many Big Bones

I dont see how Woods could break the big bones in his right leg in the big GV80 his was driving crashed.

They say he was belted in.

In a frontal like that even if he submarined under the belt he would be held back by the airbag. I dont think the lower leg would have jammed into the floor and the weight of his body cause a compression fracture since his knees were bent.

I cannot imagine his leg bouncing around so much that he broke it on the brake pedal.

Doesn't make sense how this buttplug got so torn up.

There has of been some photos here of 4Runner‘s that got hit and did multiple rollovers. The people got out and walked away. I’m just surprised that the one Tiger was in was bigger, apparently didn’t have the same amount of protection and he got pretty busted up.

I think Tiger was going really fast, which is probably why he got so badly injured.

It's only marginally bigger, but not as tall. I don't think vehicle size had anything to do with it. Like ads2539 says, it's probably speed

Looking at the pics, we have a high speed rollover. That can be incredibly violent, and limbs thrash around quite a bit in surprising directions. Frankly I'm surprised he didn't have more broken bones.

I'm very familiar with roads of Rancho Palos Verdes and they are not for any excessive speeds. Think narrow, winding, heaving, sinking amongst hilly terrain. Much of this is due to seismic activity in the area. From the pics of GV80 front end damage, they indicate GV80 careened off road down a steep embankment, front first. Think dive bomb.
Looks like the GV80 crush zones worked very well in this case. This could have resulted in much worse life threatening injuries. Tiger Woods will heal from this and be back on golf courses next season.

Tiger's ability to stage comebacks from his back surgeries is pretty amazing. What is also amazing is how quickly the public turned on him when he fell from grace.

My gut tells me ....hes addicted to drugs (pain medication) ...maybe more. He had way too many surgeries to keep playing at a high level without pain.
In order to be a great golfer..you use just about every muscle in your body n its used hard.
After this I expect him to really spiral down..it is ashame!
