Proper thickness rotor

I xalled q local Centric dealer to buy rotor and pads. He asked me the thickness of my rotor for 98 sr5 4runner 4x4. One thickness was abou.290 and the other was .319 or something. Which is right for my vehicle? Also my tires are 16s sgould i get the rotor for 16? I didnt know they made a 15. What american , japanese or german pads should i get to match up? Much apprexiated

16 inch wheels from factory came with 317mm diameter w/20mm thickness.
edit Some 3rd gens did come with 15 inch wheels and had 297mm diameter rotors 20mm thick. A lot those folks up sized their wheels and tires to 16 inch wheels so measure it to he sure.
The door code should have the wheel size.
