So my wife text me about her 4runner

A couple of weeks ago I did a 3ish inch lift on my sr5, FN Six Shooter wheels and Toyo P285 70r17 tires. My wife and I have been together for going on 34 years and she has told me numerous times how lifted trucks are ugly and useless. Since I got mine done we take it everywhere.

So today, she texts me about doing the same thing to her 4runner. I was shocked.

It will be a year so we'll see but my how opinions change.

Over time your taste in things can change. My wife does the same thing to me. She'll tell me she don't like something and 5 years later, it's okay all of a sudden.

That’s funny. My wife is repulsed by all the lifted bro-trucks in our town but won’t hesitate to tell me that our 4runner needs more lift and bigger tires.

On similar note: I’ve outgrown putting suspension upgrades on pedestrian commuter cars but have no qualms doing it on a something like a 911.

Sometimes, it’s about the actual platform and execution. I’m just glad our wives have good taste...for now.

Tell me about it. We have 13 cats....yes 13. I get home yesterday and she tells me she ordered a cabinet for the cat food. We already have one pet food cabinet in our walk in closet.

If you happen to wonder what our cat food stash resembles, just go to petsmart and look at their aisles.
