I have some question that has come up. I recently bought myself some new rims. The parameters are like this . Size: 9,0J x 19 ET 27. Weight: 11,381 Kg. I was told at the service station. That with a large diameter disc. The tire will wear out quickly. And in the cabin will be noisy. Because the tire is thin. And it will let in all the insulation. Please advise. Is it really true? Or there's nothing wrong with it. Thank you.

I try really hard to wear my winter set and my summer set out every 4 years so I can achieve optimal performance out of each set.

If you go beyond 6 years for a set of tires, you're seriously pushing your luck regardless of the miles on them.

New tires are cheap insurance so just replace them.
