They put all the "safety for idiots" that don't pay attention while driving gear in them that added thousands to the price why not a better nav system?
As a second question, is there any way to see if this system has any upgrades available? Cant find anything saying how to do that? The JEEP does.

If you want better offroad-specific nav app, use Gaia. Toyota has been notorious for underproviding in the navigation department.
