rear bumper dirt scooper

Thinking about relocating spare from under 4r. Does anyone ever encounter any issues with the stock rear bumper scooping dirt or getting damaged when dragging. right now the the spare drags (or the hitch) when i run out of departure angle. not to worried about dirt, but i do worry about ripping off the factory bumper.

any thoughts would be helpful...thanks

You could always go with an aftermarket combo low profile/high clearance rear bumper + spare tire carrier. Pricey but effective.

Definitely an option, but a member here has an ultraswing for sale that may be all I really need. Trying to go as light as possible and a rear bumper is heavy...and pricy
