Cali Raised Offroad

I ordered some scratch and dent sliders they had on the website back on July 18, they supposedly had welded the brackets on wrong and had to remake the brackets. It has been 9 weeks and they still have not shipped. Every time I reach out I get a different story or excuse. The first weeks was waiting on the laser to cut new brackets and when I called last week they said their welding guy was gone to a trade show until next week so it would be at least then before he could work on them. After looking at some reviews on Facebook looks like several people have had bad customer service from them. Has anyone on here had an experience from them good or bad? I feel like they should have been able to fix them and get them shipped within 9 weeks.

I've only ordered ditch light brackets from them and had no issues. They said their welder guy? I am pretty sure they have welding robots now haha.
Damn I would keep trying to contact, hit their socials.
