Rear wheels wheel wells

Does anyone have any tricks on cleaning the rubber coating inside the rear wheel wells on a 5th gen? The textured rubber seems to hold dirt. The only thing I found so far that works is to spray CLR on it but I still need to scrub it with a hard bristle brush to get it clean. Power washing it still does not clean it which is shocking to me. My T4 is black so when the rubber is dirty is stands out more than a lighter color T4.

Re-paint it. instead of wasting your time scrubbing something that ain't gonna never be anything but dirty, fill it with a fresh coat of paint. Flat black.
You're welcome.
