My turn signals don't work!!

When I was installing the Schrockworks bumper, I was installing the new hella turn signal lights and I had the blinkers on when I was hooking up the lights to make sure the wires were right and when I did that the signals stop working so I assumed it was a easy fix and it was probably just a fuse so I checked the fuse panel and there is no fuse for the turn signals, and I checked every fuse in the dash and they all work, does anyone have any idea of what maybe the problem and what may be the fix??

When I turn the signal lever nothing happens just to clarify

did you check both fuse boxes? maybe the bulbs blew? Maybe the wiring was cut or pinched installing the new bumper. You can test the wires with a dmm

some times problems with the hazard circuit will keep the turn signals from working, for example I was working on my 4 runner and I forgot to plug the hazard switch back in , when I found it unplugged and plugged it back in the turn signals were back to normal

get a meter and test power and ground? its unlikely the lights themselves would go bad.
