Fix your MySQL issues!

For the love of all that is holy, PLEASE get this site onto a host that can handle the MySQL traffic and doesn't throw up exceeded connections every 5 minutes!

Database error in vBulletin :

Link-ID == false, connect failed
mysql error: Too many connections

mysql error number: 1040
