Transmission Rebuilders in Oregon??

Does anyone have any first hand experience with a Northwest area transmission rebuilder? I have an 02 that is going to need a rebuild and I'm worried with how much these cost to get rebuilt that I don't want to take a chance with a shady shop.

If you don't know of any in particular but have bought directly from Toyota can you share where you found the best deal?

Thank you!!

I think most will say go with a car-part or LQK with a warranty and install locally. Avoid Jasper at all costs.

If I do this I wouldn't put another used one in there. I would rather do it once and not have to worry about it again. My trans could be sold as "used".. work great for a few months then fail. I am trying to avoid this so used is not an option :/
