The turn signals use a plain old 7.5A fuse (TURN), although some models use the 15A ENGINE fuse instead.
The hazard circuit uses a 10A fuse (HAZ/HORN).
Do the front turn lights work when you hit the hazard switch?
Have you checked the bulbs?
If the front lights don't work in both turn and hazard modes and both fuses are good, could be the wiring or bad bulbs.
