Possible German Meet
Well, I don't know about you guys, but I think we should have a meet and a snowboarding/skiing trip at Garmish sometime in December. I could arrange it and I know we have at least two other member's stationed over here with me.
Let me know, I'm watching this thread now.
Trevor
BTW, Yes Garmish is a long drive for all of us, but who cares its an excuse to drive, meet, and snowboard.
Too Much Rock for One Hand baby, too much rock :runaway:

Sounds awesome, but I don't think I can go. I'll have to check with my wife...we just had our second child and I need to stay around. Too bad though...I've been wanting to learn how to snowboard. Maybe I can make the next meet.

I would just like to say that you are all lucky bastards for these reasons:
1) You are looking to go snowboarding
2) You have enough free time to meet up for a gathering
3) YOU ARE IN FREAKIN GERMANY! Doh! I so need to go there.

Did you have a sticker on your 4runner? I think I saw you around Ramstein possible Miesau? Maybe I am wrong...
That pick looks like it was on the road up to the R&G Club!
I think the others are gone, I am here
And will be until 2013
Hope you like Florida!

Yeah, I rocked the sticker on it back in the day, but I sold that White one from the pic back in 2006, bought a Silver 06 model that the ex-wife took with her.
I am still rocking my 92 and the build list on it is getting bigger and bigger. That road the pic was taken one was one of my running paths around the Nanzdietschwieler area - Did alot of marathon training out there around that time so wanted to get accurate reading on my mileage
How long you been in Germany? It's possible because we were in Mesieau all the time, where do you work?

Hey,
I knew it was you! I live in Miesau and I have always seen you drive past Post and the Aral. I actually contemplated for a while to buy yours when you were selling it. You know how hard it is getting a good used 4Runner here
The pic looks just like up the road from the Rod and Gun. And yes, around Nanzdietschweiler you can run around forever.
I am almost scared to say..I have been here 10 years. But you werare AF right?
I am on the opposing team Wiesbaden, Miesau,Ktown and soon Hohenfels.
You missed the major snow storm..we have had so much of it last/this year it was beyond pitiful. It is supposed to snow Friday after Thanksgiving and it has already snowed 55 cm in the Harz and the Black Forrest.

REally enjoying Florida actually just did a trip to the Keys this past weekend, took 4 days down there for Thanksgiving
Considering getting into a new FJ or another Used 4Runner this time with v8 though so I can tow my race car to the track's and back I am AF, now a Reservist though, got off Active Duty after 12 years to be closer to my kids, but will finish my career in the REserves so no worries, not to mention I get a healthy disability check while still getting my reserve pay from my weekends too I actually sold that 4Runner two years after I bought it for what I paid so you wouldn't have been getting a good deal.
I put it on the Lemon Lot for a high price just to see, and the guy called me and offered me what I was asking - I couldn't belive it, sold it for 26,5 turned around and bought the v8 3rd Row runner for 28k with 10 miles on it from Auto Exchange
REgardless, miss that place OFTEN, and wish I was there for the snow, was a Ski Patroller while there and got all my certifications etc while I was there, I haven't been skiing or snowboarding since 2008, but have done alot of Surfing

Glad to see things worked out for you. You left before all the big hoopla with the new Hotel and Mall right? It is downright insane but you still cannot get the things you need
It has been snowing for a few days...Thanksgiving was white this year.
My friend the Auto Exchange..I drive past all the time wanting to go in but those British guys are way too fast talking
4runner sell like hot cakes around here, we have not had a used one for sale anywhere. That is why you got the good price...
Surfing is nice too, I however cannot keep myself barely on a snowboard let alone a surf board
