**Northstar battery group buy 3.0**

**CLOSED**

A few of you have requested me to do this again before old man winter rolls in..

Same data and pricing as last time, I contacted the same vendor as the previous times and is down for another one.

If the group size you want isn't available, please put your request in!

Here we go guys!

Northstar battery group buy!

This one took me forever to get started. I tried contacting Excide, they expressed NO interest in this. I contacted Optima and they pretty much ignored my constant requests for a discount. I couldn't get a vendor to provide discounts on Odyssey.

Northstar, on the other hand replied and directed me to a distributor that's more than willing to work with me with this one.

For those that are only familiar with Optima, here is a little more information from Northstar:

Start

Here are the group sizes PER Toyota's website:

Group size sizing:

The groups sizes that will be included in this group buy are:

24, 24M, 24F, 27, 27F, 34/78, 31M and 35

See more here:

Home Page*| NorthStar Battery

Please make sure to do your research here:

Technical Documentation

and here:

Battery Bashing - Jp Magazine

So what is the discount?

1-10 batteries ordered, regardless of type:

24F/24 MAP of $299 - $24 off

24M MAP of $314.99 - $24 off

27F/27 MAP of $339 - $24 off

35 MAP of $269 - $19 off

31M MAP of $379 - $39 off

34/78 MAP of $299 - $24 off

11-20 batteries ordered, regardless of type:

24F/24 MAP of $299 - $34 off

24M MAP of $314.99 - $34 off

27F/27 MAP of $339 - $39 off

35 MAP of $269 - $34 off

31M MAP of $379 - $64 off

34/78 MAP of $299 - $34 off

21+ batteries ordered, regardless of type:

24F/24 MAP of $299 - $50 off

24M MAP of $314.99 - $50 off

27F/27 MAP of $339 - $51 off

35 MAP of $269 - $45 off

31M MAP of $379 - $74 off

34/78 MAP of $299 - $50 off

We don't need to achieve every tier level for every battery group. The tier level is per quantity, regardless of how many batteries per group get ordered.

So if there is a total of 16 people signed up (ASSume, one battery per person), your discount is:

24F/24 MAP of $299 - $34 off

27F/27 MAP of $339 - $39 off

35 MAP of $269 - $34 off

FREE SHIPPING TO CONUS (ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA - will be custom shipping quotes) for ALL TIER LEVELS

How do I sign up? Here!

If you are interested in this:

Sign up by replying to this thread. Don’t chicken out. You are either in or you aren’t. NO maybe, no waiting on the wife, gf or bf to get permission. There is enough time to make up your mind or find a doctor to sell your kidney or pawn your wife’s jewelry. If you are on the fence to see if it’ll go up to max discount before you jump in, you are HOLDING the group buy back. Don’t be that dude.

************************************************** ************************************************** ***************************************

For those interested in a pelfreybilt battery cage, there is a group buy that was created hand in hand with this one:

https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/...feeler.459483/

Let me know if you want in, I can relay the information to the OP on Tacomaworld.

Dammit! I just bought an Odyssey 31m last month (northstars were out 4 weeks) to replace a prematurely dieing Sears "diehard" platinum. Would have loved a discount.

I'm in. Perfect timing too as I just crossed over the 4-year mark on my CostCo special and could use the upgrade. One question: Is anyone using this with the "big 3" electrical wiring upgrade with the monitor? I just want to make sure it fits (not sure why it wouldn't though) and I'm good to go. Thanks for setting this up (again).

I just think it's amazing how you can put all of these group buys together.
I'm a well organized Project Manager by trade & it would be tough for me to do this plus work & personal life.

PS. Gobi still sucks.

I'm in, thanks. Also, can you tell me why you're not a fan of that particular rack company? In the market for racks and would like to get all the information possible.

To make a long story short, Gobi sued a well respected member here for making racks & selling them & put him out of business. Do a Google search "Gobi Sues" & you will find a ton of information. I'd buy a different rack.

Roof rack controversy. Gobi Vs Whitson
