Works well for fish fillets once you get it seasoned a little more!

Ya it comes pre-seasoned so you can use it straight away, but the more you use it the better it gets!

What else have you cooked on it? I've seen people cook stir fry, all types of meat, and even pizzas! And all have raved about this. This product has a ton of support from the overland community as well.

It does come pre-seasoned but you still need a good amount of oil for the fish to not stick. I think it was only the second time I used it but since then, it has been used close to 20 times so i'm sure it'll do better now.

I've done a lot with it. Breakfast foods cook amazingly well on this thing such as hash browns, sausages, eggs, bacon and toasting bread. I've used it for a variety of meats such as steaks and pork and fish. It toasts tortillas very well so I would imagine it making some good quesadillas and grilled cheese. I've actually cooke pad thai in it as well. The uses are endless! Be sure to download the cook book and if you come up with any recipes be sure to share as well! https://tembotusk.myshopify.com/page...-grill-recipes
