I jumped on a King Shocks group buy a while back, can this also be applied to replacement parts? i have over 50K on my Kings and would like to see them rebuilt. Are you able to offer the same group buy or potential discount to those looking to rebuild? appreciate your time and putting this together.

DMing Showstoppers on IG or calling is the way to go. I picked up the last set, but they mentioned that more units are arriving within another week or two.

Are any of these close to or better than OME BP51 or the 2019-2021 TRD Pro Fox for smoothness in washboard and for not bottoming out?

Actually, any of the 2.5 products should do better than either the Fox or OME internal bypass shocks if pushed really hard though I am not sure that is a thing in Florida. Maybe it is, but it is normally associated with the desert. Do you really have places to push them that hard? I really don't know. Such places are everywhere around here, assuming you want to move at decent speed.

Now, as for comfort on washboard, that's gonna be very subjective but you WILL want a position sensitive shock and maximum adjustment, including rebound, beyond that. And so that's where you are going to have benefits from the OME 51 or the Fox.

The Bilstein 8100 series covers both scenarios in that it is a full 2.5 with external bypasses in the back and 3 zones with separate pistons in the front.

They--Bilstein/FOX/KING/ICON/RADFLO are all great products but oftentimes people get the wrong product or the wrong springs/valving for their needs. I am less willing to put OME up there due to very specific settings on the BP51 setup, optimized for Australia, really.

As a cheaper alternative, I would look into Dobinsons MRA. Not flashy but should do a really good job under most conditions (not racing).

That's mostly true for FL, but I go, and plan to go, to other places.

Thanks. That's what I thought, and why I've been planning for a Pro. Washboard abounds here .

Thanks again. This is great info. I love the Cement color so I'm tempted to add a locker and one of these suspensions to a Trail, 2021. I just don't know enough about this topic and I'd need to find a local installer.
