I bought a 06 GX470 for my wife 3 years ago. It looked beautiful! It drove nice too! But, after only 50 miles of driving it she has had nothing but problems with it - dashboard lights come on all the time. She is very intolerant about this and brought it to the dealer. They want thousands of dollars to fix anything!!! Our regular mechanic can't figure out the problems.

I fixed the air injection problem with a bypass kit I purchased from slyfox75 on this forum. That cleared the CEL. Now I just have to deal with the low tire pressure light, alternator light, VRC lights, air bag light, car with wavy tire marks light, maintenance light. Phew! No codes.

I never had so many problems with ANY car or truck ever! And, everything you need for this truck is super expensive.

Should have purchased the Techstream software, to try and address all of the lights on the dash. Cheaper than taking it to a mechanic or worse, the dealership each and every time something went awry.
