can i switch out
the center console on a gx to a 4runner?

they look about the same, I fit in the gx very well, however, the 4runner has a giant center console as armrest in it that makes it tough to get buckled in

It probably would fit, but just be aware the it may be uncomfortable for you. The GX has armrests built onto the seats, so the console is not meant to rest your arms on it. It would be very low.

ok, talked with the lexus parts people

$250 for the rear end of the console, that is that part that gives me issues on the runner

now to find some armrests, any ideas?
