Will yes, different part number due to non elocker and elocker. But fjc will bolt straight up on to gx470 and 4th 4runner

Have you actually confirmed this? FJ also came with a non-elocker option and thats listed as a different part number as well

The FJ is the same width?

Just curious...how much are you selling for?
@kylebacc $700, includes the switch but you have to arrange transport. I have no way of strapping to a pallet or anything else.

Not to be a dick, but acourse the part Number won't be the same. 2 different vehicle. I been rocking crawling for 10 yrs now I think I know what fit in what. It's pretty common most toyotas are interchangeable. If you ever look at a 4th 4runner and a fjc look at the links in the rear end and you see what I mean by it will bolt up.

Let's not start a "I've been doing X longer I'm smarter than you" battle. If you haven't done the actual swap, you are merely assuming it will fit. And we all know what happens when you assume.

Can you provide concrete evidence? I'd certainly hate to sell someone an axle only to find out it doesn't fit. And if it requires modifying the axle it's simply not a bolt up swap. Not everyone has the access or ability to weld.

As far as I know, the FJ 3rd will fit, however the locker will require a couple of holes drilled into the diff (?) to accommodate the wiring, etc. Not something I'd have a regular mechanic do, but it shouldn't be too expensive to work out with an experienced offroad shop.
