1998 4runner SR5 Maintenance over 100,000 miles
Okay,
The wife decided that I don't need a brand new '03 4runner Sport to drive 3 miles to work, so I now own our '98 SR5 w/110,000 miles.
My question to the forum members is what would you change on a vehicle this old to last another 100,000 miles?
I have done the following already:
1) Changed Fuel Filter
2) Water Pump, Belts and Coolants
3) Oil Changes every 5,000 miles
4) Transfer Case and Diff's fluid changed
5) New Brakes and flushed Brake Fluid
6) K&N Air Filter cleaned every 10,000 miles.
7) Probably some other stuff, just can't think now.
Okay, this is what I would like to do to the vehicle!!!
1) Change muffler to Borla Catback exhaust.
2) Add Addco Front/Rear Sway Bars.
3) Change some suspension bushing to Polyeurethane Type.
4) Add Monroe Sensa-Trac Shocks.
5) My A/T Revo's rock (keep those) haha.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
03RR
