Graciously Looking For Feedback On Upcoming Maintenance (what am I forgetting)

I'm newer to 4Runners (not Toyotas) and will be doing some maintenance/upgrades to my new-to-me 2003 Sport 4.7L 153K miles. I've been under it a number of times, wheels off, blah, blah. I'm trying to be organized and efficient so I can get a bunch of stuff done during my staycation in March. I'm looking for feedback and opinions on things I've missed during the planning process. Other upgrades will come down the road, so I'm not looking for advice to upgrade optional expenses. These are things I was already planning to do or they are convenient based on what I'm already doing. These are the plans and parts I have already been thriftily collecting over months. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

1. Front/rear springs changed- Moog front/FJ rear
2. Front/rear Bilstein 5100's with new strut mounts up front
3. Moog Tie rod ends
4. Moog Lower ball joints
5. Front/rear sway bar bushings-Prothane greasables
6. End link bushings- Energy Suspension
7. Front brake rotor/pad replacement- Power Stop kit (my calipers are fine and rear rotors/pads were changed 10K miles ago; brake system flushed 8K miles ago)
8. Reboot both inner/outer CV axle; replace axle and wheel seals- I prefer to reboot while the leak is new and keep the OEM axle
9. Actuator seals- dropping and splitting transfer case; replacing all transfer case seals/gaskets
10. Valve cover gasket replacement (spark plugs just replaced)
11. Rear window repair (off track) and bottom seal replacement
12. Aisin/Timing belt/water pump/tensioner kit
13. LCA bushings
14. New UCA's/upper ball joints
15. Power steering flush
16. Tranny fluid/filter
17. Spidertrax spacers

Looks like fun wrenching ahead for you!

I'm assuming you'll be swapping out the fluids to the fixes you'll be doing (coolant/diffs/TC). I'll just add simple maintenance like ATF D/F, PS flush, brake fluid flush, grease zerk fittings.

If you happen to live where rust is prominent like me, I'd add sand/wire brush where needed and hit it with your rust prohibitor of choice (I'm recently converted to Fluid Film).

Oh it'll be a swimming pool of fluids. 2nd owner said the tranny fluid had just been swapped before I bought it. Although I can't verify it, the fluid looked like straight out of the bottle with no discoloration. Diff fluid changed too. He also said the rack/pinion had been replaced but I could see him not flushing the PS fluid afterward, so I'm glad you said that. And I doubt the drive shaft/yolk were ever properly greased so that'll be a field day. Was very pleased the Moog LBJ's come with zerks. I'll check out the fluid film. Fortunately this one spent its whole life in Georgia before I brought it to Tennessee, so there's only a tiny bit of rust here and there.

-I would pull the camber bolts and grease them up good since you'll have to get an alignment anyways. They're known to rust/seize up. Marine grease or anti seize is popular for that application.
-In cabin air filter is an often forgot about maintenance item.
-CVs have a spindle side dust seal and a front diff oil seal. May want to consider replacing both on each CV while you have it apart.
Edit:
-grease sunroof track and various door/hood/rear lift hinges
-replace pins on front caliper(mine were shot..they're cheap)

The list is definitely not prioritized. I just numbered them for reference purposes. Timing belt kit is the only thing I haven't purchased. It's about $160 after tax (lol the warehouse is only about 20 miles from me) shipped through Amazon warehouse.

I'm new to the 4th Gen world having just picked up an '05 V8 Limited, coming from a '98 SR5 that had 315k miles when I sold it. I know the lower ball joint orientation was reversed from the 3rd Gens to the 4th Gens, eliminating the catastrophic failures that lifted 3rd Gens would see when the LBJ would let loose. That said, we wouldn't have anything to do with LBJs unless they were OEM.

Yeah, the 3rd gens LBJ failures scare the bajeezuz out of me. Not really concerned about it with the 4th gen. I have the means and can replace both LBJ's for $30 already spent on the Moog's. Really haven't read anything bad about them for the 4th gen replacements. This task is happening because the LBJ's are looking a bit worn, and mainly because I can and I'm already going to be there. It'll be a PITA, but everything is in its own way.

Great point. Your list + what others have suggested, looks solid to me based on efficiency and need!
